SENIOR CAMP SAMPLE SCHEDULE

• 1:00 - 1:30 pm: Registration & Drop-off

• 1:30 - 2:00 pm: Introductions and Warm-up

• 2:00 - 2:45 pm: Technical Session (dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting, etc.)

• 3:00 - 3:45 pm: Tactical Session (speed of play, transition, 1v1 attacking, etc.)

• 4:00 - 5:00 pm: Small-sided games or 11v11

• 5:00 pm: Pickup
